Under the Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter: PDPL), we have the obligation to provide information on the processing of your personal data.
This policy defines which personal data we gather from you and how, provides information on legal grounds for processing and the purpose of intended processing, the duration of data storage, the manner of data transfer and protection, as well as on your rights concerning data protection.

We gather data directly from you when you give us your consent and/or based on a contract concluded with you.

The data shall be processed by the employees and external associates of UDI Group for the purpose of communication with you in relation to potential conclusion and execution of the contract on purchase and sale of real property/contract on lease of real property, but also for the purpose of complying with the obligations arising from such contracts and the provisions of the applicable laws.
We shall gather only the data necessary for business operations and information purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations, business customs, and to ensure the provision of services of the highest quality.
Your personal data shall be used solely for the above-mentioned purposes, unless the compliance with legal regulations requires otherwise.
The data shall be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
We shall not disclose your personal data to third parties, except when so required by the regulations, and legal and business obligations of the UDI Group.
If we do transfer your data to third parties, such data transfer and processing shall be carried out solely in accordance with the PDPL.
Right to access – you have the right to seek information from UDI Group on how your personal data is being processed, ask for access to data, and a copy of the data being processed.
Right to amend and supplement – you have the right to have incorrect data about you amended without delay, and to have incomplete data supplemented.
Right to deletion – you have the right to ask UDI Group to delete your personal data in accordance with the PDPL.
Right to limit processing – you have the right to limit the processing of data by UDI Group if you contest the accuracy of data, if the processing is illegal and you oppose data deletion, and in other cases foreseen by the PDPL.
Right to data transfer – you have the right to receive personal data from UDI Group which were previously provided to us, and to transfer such data to another data processor without interference from UDI Group, if the processing is done based on your consent or under a contract.
Right to object – you have the right to file an objection to UDI Group concerning the processing of your personal data.
Right to complain to the competent authority* – you have the right to file a complaint to the Commissioner for the protection of personal data if you believe that the processing of your personal data was done contrary to the provisions of the PDPL.
We respect the principles and regulations that regulate personal data protection, and we strive to process only the necessary personal data.
UDI Group implements all the necessary technical, organisational and personnel measures to ensure that personal data processing is done in full compliance with the PDPL.
Safety measures are intended to ensure efficient implementation of personal data protection principles to comply with the processing requirements prescribed by the PDPL, and at the same time protect your rights and freedoms from unauthorised use, loss or publication of personal data.
Only authorised associates and employees of UDI Group shall have access to your data and may use it solely in the manner that complies with this Privacy Policy and the PDPL.
UDI Group reserves the right to make amendments and supplements to the Privacy Policy.
