On three underground levels, there are altogether 635 parking spaces - 335 in the first and 300 in the second phase. The size of most parking spaces is 2.5 x 5 m. Several spaces for parallel parking are 2 x 5.5 m, and parking spaces for people with disabilities are 3.7 x 5 m. Some parking spaces possess related storage rooms so they can be purchased as a package. On the second and third underground level, there are storage rooms that can be purchased separately from the parking space.
Fire protection is provided through internal and external hydrants and sprinkler systems. Ventilation and smoke extraction in the garages are carried out by means of jet fans in the garage and axial roof fans. The entrance to the garage is provided with access control and segmental roller doors and ramps, subject to the day/night mode. LED lamps with motion sensors and panic lamps are used for lighting. Drainage is carried out through line drains with oil separators. Communication from each level takes place by stairs and elevators.
